Can vitamins reduce a breath alcohol result?

Can vitamins reduce your BAC results?  For example, you leave the bar thinking you may be at or over the .08 level.  Would you then be interested in a concoction that would lower your BAC?  I'm betting you would.

At least one recent scientific research study says this is a possibility.  The article is "Reduction of Breath Alcohol Levels in Healthy Subjects by Citoethyl," found at

http://article.sciencepublishinggroup.com/pdf/10.11648.j.ijnfs.20130204.16.pdf.

This is a very interesting concept with results showing that certain combinations of Vitamins (eg. Vitamin B3) + antioxidants can substantially reduce a persons BAC results on a breath test.  The article spells out the necessary combinations that are said to do the trick.
