BAC coming down to .05?

The Federal NTSB is now urging the states to reduce the presumptive DUI/BAC level down to .05 from .08 claiming that more lives can be saved as a result.  The article doesn't breakdown the number of lives lost from those driving at these lower levels--a key factor for sure.  My guess is that there will be tremendous resistance to this proposed reduction for a very long time.
